What I Do For My Clients

Tax Planning

It is My Job to See That You Pay NO MORE Tax Than the Law Requires.

We monitor the changes in the tax law that could affect you and recommend tax saving strategies. We will prepare all your tax returns and serve as your advocate in all tax matters.

If you are contacted by any government agency concerning your tax matters, your first call should be to us. We will take care of it so that you can get on with your business.

There is a certain mystique that has grown up around tax planning and tax-cutting techniques. We are here to put tax planning in plain English for you.

Estate and Trusts Accounting

Jerry provides the necessary expertise in accounting and estate administration. If you are an Estate or Trust attorney, or a private fiduciary, Jerry is there for you to prepare your court-required accountings.

Whether on an hourly basis, or for the entirety/duration of an estate, trust or other court-required accounting, Jerry will be there for you. Jerry does all his own work, no staff, no farming out of work. With 38 years in the business, Jerry is licensed (both Nevada and California), experienced and highly competent.

If you are having your paralegal prepare the accounting Jerry will be happy to review your product before submitting to the court.

Forensic/Fraud Accounting

An accountant makes sure that a company’s records are accurate, taxes are paid and the company is operating efficiently, or at least he/she should be.

A forensic accountant is someone who investigates and identifies illegal activities, such as, white collar crimes, employee fraud, bankruptcy fraud, credit card fraud, check kiting or embezzlement.

He/she also can perform a variety of other duties, including, but not limited to: 1) Due diligence reviews, analysis of financial data and evidence integrity. He/she can also testify as an expert witness.

As a forensic accountant I try and bridge the gap between accounting and criminal justice, by analyzing financial evidence and provide relevant findings. I also have to have a keen mind towards creativity, have perseverance, integrity, curiosity, organization and attention to detail.
